Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:
If there is no RP reasons behind it i would check BLOGS and speak to the Person who made the report see if they have a clip to help further the Investigation. I would then speak to the person killing and see if they understand the rules and punish accordingly.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Recruit to be trained using the @ function: If no one has responded to my call out in /OOC after 5 mins, i would find a NCO+ Thats free to come train the recruit.

 

3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 i would help the ET safety there weapon no punishment needed unless it continues 

4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: This is not a Staff matter this falls into the IC area. i can also advise the ET the rules on saluting to help them out in there future journey.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: So i would Discuss with the Person that not all rules can be written down, the rules them self cover the majority of instances but i would discuss how the instance was a Failrp offence.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell them to take it to the forums and they can plea the case there in the warn/ban appeal area.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): As my experience in CWRP I would say I'm a strong candidate as I've been in more serious roles such as Battalion and even making it to Brigadier. During my times I've been active constantly working to a better rank and progression in the server. Apart from that I work for security in IRL and are use to abuse and putting up with aggressive and sad people and could use these skills into Staff. In my time in CWRP I have never been striked or warned or even demoted that's IC and OOC ranks. I did apply for staff in CWRP and was never given the chance to succeed so i wish to do it in ICRP but i have been in a serious role in CWRP for 10 months 2 weeks so i believe i have shown dedication to a role and wish to show my dedication into staff for ICRP along side Gamemaster. Gamemaster and staff OOC ranks wont stop me from completing my mins needed as they don't conflict in game. i am also always around in TS and discord so very easy to reach especially after un-muting discord for battalion. I enjoy ICRP after that playtest and i want to keep it serious and make sure myself and overs have fun while playing. Staff is one of many first steps into ICRP and helping it grow hopefully so i wish to be apart of the team and make sure it stays up this time for good.

Played with him in Battalion with him high up in the ranks. He got there for a reason, he knows his stuff and takes things seriously. No doubts he is fitting for staff, and if he prefers this playstyle over CWRPs there is a decent chance he will stick around. Holding a high rank on CWRP and ULX duties on another, can be taxing though.
