What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:
My aim is to ensure that all players, regardless of their background, will enjoy their stay on our server. I want to be someone who people would come to know as unprejudiced and can clearly explain to them why any particular action was taken against them. On many occasions, I have come across rule breakers at times (00:00 to 06:00 GBT) when there are no active staff on to enforce and maintain the server rules. Being someone from halfway across the globe (GMT+10), I aim to be the person there to cover the hours where there is a lack of staff on the server beyond just being a staff during the peak hours.   

Why do you stand out among other candidates:
Despite my timezone being 9 hours ahead of most players on the server, I still remain extremely active on the server and have worked very hard to put in a lot of time and effort in helping CCs and CTs advance further into their RP careers regardless of their goals, in the CT regiment or any other regiment, by constantly reinforcing their clone knowledge through training or answering any general questions that they may have regarding SWRP outside of training.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
As a working man, I have met many people from all sorts of backgrounds in my time and have acquired what I believe to be decent communications skills. I am always mindful of the words that I use when I speak to people so as to be respectful and not offend them in any way.
As a CT Lieutenant Colonel, I uphold a professional demeanor in-game. Regardless of the situation, I always try to keep calm and tactful even in the tense situations that one may find themselves in whilst dealing with CTs who join the server with ill intent.
In recent time, I have had to appeal for a warning that I received over an action I believed to be justified at the time, but now come to understand was not the appropriate action to take. I have taken my mistake as an opportunity to get on the forums and become more knowledgeable in regards to the SWRP server’s rules.
Although I don’t have any past experience staffing or any ULX knowledge like many applicants, I am very willing to learn and give my best efforts at understanding everything that it takes to become a good staff member.
As CTs primarily use Discord as their means of communication, I am not often on TeamSpeak; however, I have previously used it to speak to a few people on the server.

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed:
Yes; If I am deemed to be unsuitable for the position - untrustworthy or lack the necessary dedication to be a staff member, I understand that my rank may be removed. 

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
The action that I would take would depend on my current job in-game, whether I am playing as an In-Character Role or a Staff on Duty (SOD); as my current In-Character Role of a CT Lieutenant Colonel, I would promptly remind the trooper of the proper clone customs to salute all 2nd LT and above. As an SOD, I would not take any actions against the trooper as it is an OOC role of which one does not have to salute to and should only be used to resolve any issues-problems or to answer any questions that may arise during a player’s time on the server.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: 
Firstly, I would contact Server Management as soon as possible and apologize for my performance and activity. If there was a reasonable explanation for this situation occurring, I would promptly inform them of it. In an attempt to amend my mistake, I would increase my efforts as a staff member and try to help out more players to make up for the lost time.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
Regardless of my relationship with another staff member, I believe that I should not let it affect my performance as staff or how I communicate with that person. I would not let any of our differences get in the way of doing staff work and continue to conduct myself professionally.
If a situation arises wherein I believe that my relationship with the other person is affecting my staff work negatively, I will consult Server Management for the appropriate steps I should take moving forward.

Dietary Fibre performs very maturely when he plays online, and I see his is very active as well. I am always impressed by the way he and other CT officers control the rest of their group. There is tough competition but I give you this +1 so you know to keep doing what you are doing, and good luck.
