 I am always on the discord and on teamspeak.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, I have read the rules.
 
List of all previous server staff experience: Was staff on a few of friends servers a while back however do not go on them anymore. Enjoyed time being staff on there and would be more than happy to do it on a sever I enjoy playing on.
 
Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I do understand it and I think it is a good rule because you should be responsible as a staff member. 

 
 
 
 
 

 
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
 
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: If this is the case I would check the kill record and see if it is true that they are killing random clones. If so then they would be banned for RDM.
 
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: You would go to them and tp a CPL+ to them and ask if they are available to train them, providing the cadet has been waiting for a while.
 
3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Nothing would be needed as it could have been a misclick so you just give a warning for it. If it continues then I would have to step in.
 
4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
 Nothing, doesn’t change if staff or not. If you really want the salute just go remind them to salute 2nd LT and above.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: It would still be failrp as people should be able to tell what counts as rp and what counts as FailRP.
 
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: You just go ahead and give the punishment anyway. If they feel it was unfair then they can write about it on the forums. 
 

 
 
 
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I feel I would be good as a staff member as I am very active a lot of the time. There are very few days where I am not on a lot and that can be from work or college. I always like to help people with their issues and to be able to make peoples  time on the server feel more fun and have them not be annoyed by the minges or people being stupid then I would consider it a good job. Have known the server a lot on a few names from Eclipse to Lero and all the time I felt I wanted to give back for how much fun has been and plus being at times i do feel bad for constantly @ staff for minor things so being able to help out where i can would be good. I have experience on previous servers a while back being a staff member and however yes I am mute, but i do try 110% to do the best I can. I am a friendly, open minded, approachable person as if I was to be pinged for an issue, I would not start taking sides as a staff until I can see both sides of an issue and have clear evidence of what happened. I know how some people may or may not know me but being able to be more known for doing good as a staff would be amazing. With that being said I do thank you for taking time to read my application. From what I hear you are pretty nice guy and have done decent in CG so far

App needs a little more detail and you have only been around for a month which doesn't mean you cant be a great staff member I just feel staff need more experienced people at the moment.

Key pretty much said it all, as he said I type and still fullfill my duties as staff so it shouldnt be a problem for you aswell.

From what I know, you're a cool guy that handles responsibility well. Shown by the fact that you've made it this far in CG. You should also be fairly well equipped to deal with minges already, as you are in CG.
