From what I have seen on IRP, Vlad has improved a lot in attitude. 
I don't know if Vlad would be the most suited person for Staff but he has improved non the less.

Bobby has done very well as a Hierarchy member. Has a lot of past experience. Very kind and puts the work in when needed. Would make a good addition to staff team.

On IRP, I must say. Rob has been pretty good. He got SO today which is pretty good and has been trusted with an RPG. Now if that doesn't say a lot I don't know what does.

He's very active on IRP and does try a lot of the time and he does listen when he needs to. I believe he just wants to come and play CWRP and Jedi seriously which he was before he sadly got another AR on Clone which made me lose a somewhat active and decent jedi at the time.

All in all, I don't think Rob has the intent of minging and I am pretty sure he knows he will be perma'd if he fucks around again so I really don't think he is going to act stupid if he gets unbanned because he knows what will happen.

+1 The EP app is clearly realistic and is easy to go through without going over the top while still being creative. Nesta has been high rank quite a few times and is doing very well in putting high quality into Jedi. Nesta also did very well in Staff on CWRP and can be trusted with ULX.

The Recent Warn makes it... difficult while I know Combat healing seemed to be a honest mistake. But other than he'd be more than competent.

 It's clear that if he intended to fuck up the discord he would of fucked it up.  He should ATLEAST be unbanned from SWRP. Mans literally being stopped from doing anything server side and is a struggle.

A ban for simply a simple joke is simply outrageous. It should simply be a Ban from the HLRP discord. The server isn't even out as it is so in reality the harm caused is more or less 0. Half Life isn't even out, nor do I know if it's even still a thing since it's been quiet for so long.

Clearly what has happened is that what happened has been misinterpreted and was a clear mistake to "Partially comm ban" It doesn't quite work like that. 

He's been a long running member of SWRP and he's a right ol laugh. He is a very well and notorious GC/41st member reaching RC which as we all know a very high sought rank so it's not like he'd just go and mess around on purpose and actually go and cause harm. EX-Staff such as myself and has been a very good Temple Guard.
