  1. In-game name(s): Blizz Steam Name: BliZzTf Steam ID: (https://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:1:97291498 Age when applying: 23 What country do you currently reside in? What is your time-zone: England, GMT Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes to Both Current total game-time on the server (type !time): 2w 1d 1h 41m IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on CWRP: 104th ARC COL, and Platinum VIP Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I own a working microphone, and i do a mix of both speak and typing but i mainly speak. When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: 06/09/24, and u have taken 2 LOA's and 1 ROA How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I use Teamspeak, and Discord everyday, and I just found out the forums exist. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). I have no warnings https://imgur.com/a/ewFLxVE State the role of staff on the server: The role of a Staff member is to keep the server running smoothly, be it enforcing the rules when necessary, or helping with other claims, such as setting up a SIM or help getting players unstuck when they are out of bound Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes i have read all the rules, and i feel that i have a good understanding of them List of all previous server staff experience: Never on this server, and far too long ago for it to matter (7+ years ago), but i was T-Mod on NXG, and Admin on TSN Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member? Yes ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would let regular RP take place if this was a Clone or Republic Job, which would be a member of CG arresting them, If they continue to do so, then i would step in and warn them to stop, and if they then keep doing so kick them or ban them depending on the situation, or whatever the correct procedure is. If this is a Scav job, then there is no issue with them killing if they are following the proper guidelines to do so, such as the clone being arrested and not being important enough to the Scav, if not then I would warn them, and escalate when necessary. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would go to them, and tell them to use the /advert command to ask for a trainer, then let battalion do their thing and request for an NCO+ to train them, if no one comes for a long enough time, i would then start bringing NCO's lowest rank up until i can get someone to train them. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would let regular RP happen, which would be CG arresting them and dealing with them, not really a Staff Issue. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Its not a crazy big issue, sometimes Cadet Trainers forget to mention it or the CT forgets, i would simply remind them to Salute 2nd LT+ 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain to them that Common sense would imply that the action they committed is FailRP and verbally warn them to not do it again, and explain to them that just because the rule isn't there, you should know to not do something that is / or has a high chance of being FailRP, and if in the future they aren't sure i would tell them to ask first then. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If they do not agree with the punishment, and the punishment is just for the situation, then i would explain to them that according the the rules this is the correct punishment, and if they wish to fight it, they are more than welcome to go to the forums and argue their case, and that arguing with me won't change the punishment. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I wouldn't say that i deserve it more than anyone else, but i'm an old man in the CWRP community as a whole, i've been around the block and have had staff experience years ago, so i understand how i should act, and present myself when the situation requires it to as a member of staff. I hope that I have been able to show through my time on the server that being given any sort of power will not influence how I act and my decisions. I've never used my IC Rank to influence and affect how others play negatively and have only tried to help whenever I can and need to, and that wont change if I become a member of staff. Furthermore, I'm more than willing to acknowledge mistakes I make and have made, and hopefully proven that I will not repeat these same mistakes. My biggest strength would probably be that i'm not afraid to admit i'm wrong, and i'm able to not be afraid to ask questions that would help to improve myself on the server and as a person, and am more than willing to give back and answer any questions people may have in-kind, im super open about pretty much anything, and as some people might know I may be little too open about myself. I want to help the community any way I can and I think this would be a very big way to be able to help the community, this community is practically the last bastion of the Clone Wars RP I remember playing all those years ago, nothing comes close to how incredible this community is, and i really want to help it keep thriving and getting better. I already try my best to be encouraging and friendly to new players and current players, in and out of the game, and help out in other areas, like going EC to help events start on time, and ask others to do the same as well if they usually go EC, or just conversing with people and having a good time when there's not much happening.
