Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Firstly i may not be the best from all other applicants, my english may not be the best, my decision making may not be top notch like those senior staff but i am willing to learn from anyone and from my own mistake that i made. me doing this application mean i am ready to help the server to bring it to light and to make sure those people says "Damn this server have good staff". I will try my utmost best learning from others, and although my decision making is far from the best i am still confident in my ability to make desicion. I have about a month of play time in CWRP and know whats wrong and whats right, and i am very knowlodgeble in my job in staffing due to experience in being a mod at WG DarkRP before it shutdown and boy i did learned a lot from that experience. and although people might not recognise me because the last time i played frequently in this server is a couple years ago and my interest in rping and staffing has increased, the urge to make a minge dissapear and shutting people thats in the wrong down and having a community that feels like a family is something that i dream of in a gmod rp server and so to achieve this i will do my absolute best to not dissapoint anyone and learn for my past and the future i am really looking forward to being staff to this new IRP server.
