App is really good and well written so shows he didnt rush this application, very sociable guy and easy to talk to, something that all staff should be. HIgh IC ranks present and in the past so really knows the server rules in and out. WIll be a good addition to the NRP staff team.

Gerhard is a really nice guy and knows his shit, ik he will do a good job at being a member of staff, he is a great roleplayer and this is shown by his warns (0), which means alot with 2 weeks gametime and 0 warns taht shows something.

Staff app could of been better but really im taking everything off my impressions of you, you are a nice and socialable guy that i know you will do good

If someone is running away for breaking FearRP, you can shoot them of course. Say you were on a scenario where someone pulled on you, you pulled it out on them you are allowed to kill him

I say put the ban for NITRP Tier I and a week ban, really that little joke shouldn't be dealt with such a harsh punishment. What he did was a fanny move but really shouldn't be completely banned from the server, he was a high rank with Orpo shows he actually plays the server religiously

Sometimes with questions you can have it short but sweet so you answer it clearly but that doesn't happen it's just short, I understand your lack of knowledge towards Tier I and Tiers II due to star wars doesn't have that system but you could of read the NRP punishment guide which explains most things you need to know. 

I think you should wait until the server launches and get abit more play time under your belt to understand how everything goes.

Randy has explained it,really he shouldn't be afking on a job but it's not against the rules to. A easy way to make sure that he waseny afk for a role play situation is at the end go ULX spectate him as soon as you leave. That would check if he did it or you could try go to him again

So in a IC situation, talking with you in ts. you have improved alot behaviour wise. you've reached the rank of Liueteant last time i checked so that shows dedcations. Your old behaviour has gone with your mingy past and luckily you are not mingy at all. You have reached a IC rank of URF, both needing to know Lore which helps alot with moderation and also shows you are willing to play the server not just to mod. You haven't lied within your application aswell which is of course good.

Having a read of the app, most of the answers are correct you go into detail why you should become staff aswel, you acknowledge your past and changed it. Also with the experience you say you have, you have a great understanding of ULX commands which helps alot. I would love to see you added to the staff team!

If he has no given any previous interaction about his name, which is a simple Tp to Zori remind him to change his name. Fixed would of been changed. Also he used a German name generator so it is not fault of Zori.

As Zab has perfectly explained it. If you just got PlatVIP your natural instinct is to try the new jobs and have a look over them. He probably didn't notice he was AOS'ed then proceeded to change to try the job out. Not a fault on the side of Zab though just a little bit of miscommunication that's all.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: So we were taking people in MOI for a thing we were planning on doing, sadly i was the last one to leave of the mafia group so i had to take my car and leave, when that was happening i left but sadly crashed in game, next thing i know i got my gun out and Hanz Reich is there with his/her kar,i had it out orginally so i didnt think of it as fearrp, but then i was told in a sit there were 2 other members of orpo with there kar's pointed at me, i play on low rez also low FOV due to preferred choice so i couldnt notice them, i tried to explain it but he refused to listen to me and proceeded with the ban

First find your default gateway and do ping [gateway] - n 32 if it says connection timmed out your pc WiFi card is fucked up

First to begin Out from this app and k owing Kato as a person. He is one of the most active members of the community, he is a nice person and also extremyl friendly and sociable. 

Reading through the App, he has not alot of warns accumulated last one being from 2019 so shows he abids by the rules. The event plan has a great story and good execution. The story is easy to follow and well written. And overall a good application.

Reaching that amount of arrests with including steamID's is actually horrendous, you are using your VIP Jobs as a way to minge then act its okay. I bought this. Last time someone did that they got perma so. 

Also Kids didn't do it out of spite or did it because he saw you once NH2RP, its multiple times he discussed with people in Admin chat and it was a agreement so I don't think it will be accepted

Known this guy for coming upto 1 year now, ik this guy is extremly competent and will do good. His story lore wise is a bit wiffy but really that isnt a problem, the event plan is still good and the story is good.
