To intially begin gun poiting with a grenade is stupid, that would class as FailRP by allowing yourself to die with another person, the whole situation should of been dissolved if the member "fearrping" you with the grenade then said he had a weapon out but even in that case he would of been further away from voice range for it to matter. Also for a permanent ban, you have to contact SMT upon this for it to be approved, you should be unbanned and put on a 1 warning SMT basis situation where you get permaently banned if you break another Tier 1 or 2 rule
