The evidence is clear as day, he had a Kar out which is a weapon 1.SS get, to “defend the MOI” and the to be shot for no reason. In my opinion it was RDM but also Metagaming and if I was the staff member I would of warned /banned you for that also.

Recently see how the Freikorps has been running within a actual Structure and RP operations held, I can say whole heartedly that this group would do amazingly in the server, when we played using German resistance as a way to see how it was on the server, there was superb amounts of RP involved to the point SJBO could assist.

Half is a great RPer and good, he literally is one of the highest ranks within star wars( being a fish). I believe he should get unbanned and put on a one warning basis.

This isn't staff abuse, Grau is a doughnut and should of went to his office if he wishes to go AFK but still. If he was AFK the whole time he shouldn't be punished for it. This rule only applies when you go AFK as soon as you get schakled to avoid RP.
