Okay,  as a person, i like you very much, but as a charcater or person within the server, you aren't easy to work with, you are quite standoff ish and as such it makes it kind of a 1v1 against you solving an issue, i saw this within Kompanie 'Caesar', you have good ic ranks but i think you need to work on yourself as a person before you apply for staff, this isn't a digg at you but i just want the best for you

remembering the days when staff just talked to the player and let them knew what they did was wrong rather than going instantly to !warn, good days

Ustrafe in the community has been known to fully warn/ban people over something that could easily be a chat and a verbal warning to fully show it, seeing how the User has just made his Forum account, posted here and thats it shows he is a new player and Ustrafe doing it is ridiculous, you sacrifice basic human hours to moderate a nazi server where you /me Salutes to hitler and when he continues to call for assistance on it, he gets muted for Wasting Staff Time.

You were banned and it was literally agreed with Senior Staff as said, you went to auster to cry and didn't work and you came ehre, its blantent FearRP and you can't go to your friends everytime you want unbanned.

Just saying if it gets accepted from SMT, it shows clear biasy after they said to go to senior staff and i did and got the same response from basically every other staff member on the server

So you recently came back and instantly applying for staff, as said in multiple staff applications that it's stupid and should be more affilated within the server. Also to add with you being staff previously, you have been staff like 2 times, both time's you got a demotion and looking here, you were put lucky due to you getting yours only updated for more tierable things and didn't get another tier. You are simply not suited for staff, you were demoted from all your positions due to you not understanding your RP presence and abusing it for your friends and for your gain, you got unblacklisted from the Gaugericht and joined it, don't know how you didn't get BLed but carrying on, you tried to beg for a RP position through DM's meaning you have actually got no dedication and expect a rank to be given to you like candy. I didn't expect someone who fully chatted shit about the current SMT to apply for something.
You are simply just incompetent.

I crashed into you because you and your friend were blocking both lanes of the road. It took you a good while to decide to gunpoint me. The Reich officials were in close proximity when you gunpointed me and it did not seem that you were in a hurry. So instead of kidnapping me, you asked me my ID first which revealed that I am a business owner. You reacted with a sigh and read it out in a sarcastic way. As you were taking me into the warehouse I bit down on my cyanide pill which you would have no idea of until symptoms of cyanide poisoning would show. As soon as you heard the swallowing sound you stripped my comms with the additional comment "Ooooh thats a lot of police comms" and then of course you stripped my guns before I could die. 
As I still count as a staff member I am able to deal with my own sits, I let you have another opinion from Lichtenstein, but as soon as he heard what actually happened there was no doubt that you were in the wrong. I also think that in your case it does not help you to insult Lichtenstein with a "Fuck you" after you have just wasted his time.
