Sometimes with questions you can have it short but sweet so you answer it clearly but that doesn't happen it's just short, I understand your lack of knowledge towards Tier I and Tiers II due to star wars doesn't have that system but you could of read the NRP punishment guide which explains most things you need to know. 
I think you should wait until the server launches and get abit more play time under your belt to understand how everything goes.

So in a IC situation, talking with you in ts. you have improved alot behaviour wise. you've reached the rank of Liueteant last time i checked so that shows dedcations. Your old behaviour has gone with your mingy past and luckily you are not mingy at all. You have reached a IC rank of URF, both needing to know Lore which helps alot with moderation and also shows you are willing to play the server not just to mod. You haven't lied within your application aswell which is of course good.
Having a read of the app, most of the answers are correct you go into detail why you should become staff aswel, you acknowledge your past and changed it. Also with the experience you say you have, you have a great understanding of ULX commands which helps alot. I would love to see you added to the staff team!

As Zab has perfectly explained it. If you just got PlatVIP your natural instinct is to try the new jobs and have a look over them. He probably didn't notice he was AOS'ed then proceeded to change to try the job out. Not a fault on the side of Zab though just a little bit of miscommunication that's all. 
Looking at how you've written this. The language choice you use shows that you are being sincere and had no intention of abusing the PlatVIP jobs you get access to. He's a new player and isn't the most confident with the rules.

If he has no given any previous interaction about his name, which is a simple Tp to Zori remind him to change his name. Fixed would of been changed. Also he used a German name generator so it is not fault of Zori. 
When did it become a history lesson though

I was notified by a cg that someone switched Jobs after getting AOS'd. So i came to take a look. Then when he got aos'd again, (i think the cg just did that as an example) he changed again within seconds. So i warned him and he made a claim why he was warned. So i explained. He was very suprised and told me he did not realise he got aos'd. He also offered to change back to he other job to get the punishment, but the cg said that that could not be done. So i left it like that. But sounded realy sencere when he explained his story. And i believe he realy did not notice the AOS. And he was just checking the plat vip Jobs. So i think the warn should be removed.

First to begin Out from this app and k owing Kato as a person. He is one of the most active members of the community, he is a nice person and also extremyl friendly and sociable. 
Reading through the App, he has not alot of warns accumulated last one being from 2019 so shows he abids by the rules. The event plan has a great story and good execution. The story is easy to follow and well written. And overall a good application.

Way to inactive to even consider him for staff member even if its a good app you can't even come on to do your IC minimums let alot a OOC set

Otherwise from the shitty colour choice, the app is well detailed. Knowing the person personally I know he is extremely competent being first a Vice Commander on SWRP, also a rank on NRP. Which also shows dedication to the W-G community. 
He is a nice person and got his shit together. He will be a good choice for staff.

In CE, you were just a minge. You had terrible behaviour and couldn't listen to basic orders to walk forward. Also kicked from DU i believe. as said by Donny you have recieved the rank of SGT, though it is a easy rank to achieve it shows a little bit of dedication when it comes to Cadet Trainings.
I can't see you being staff at all also some of these questions are not answered correctly, if someone is breaking charcater and ruining RP, you bring them to a area that doesn't and wont interfere with RP of other players and sort it out there.
Also just adding you have lied on your staff application which shows that you haven't even checked if there was any, so well done to you
Unless i see better behaviour in general in SWRP this -1 will stay the same.

Within SWRP Rex has achieved a high rank as clone, also a high rank in Jedi. That in itself shows dedicaton. When meeting you for the first time you were nothing but friendly to me and assisted me all the way to Colonel as 501st. I have never seen a situation where you have exploded in rage or been really toxic.
Also to add his app is well made and doesn't seem rushed

Im saying this in respect of what you did previously, when you were being a SOD you did a good job and was quick but really when it comes to what you did IC with staff powers its really bad,
killing 74th with the night sniper which I believe before this happened during the weekly staff meeting reminded everyone not to do that sort of thing and give yourself them weapons. Also the yoda chair incident for you going around all of MB in yodas chair. Which might of been there to be humerus or what not but still. 
When it comes to arguments hash is usually at he reciveing end.

Good : good activity , can follow basic instructions.
Bad : anger issues , emotionally unstable so will prob loose it at the first CC/CT who is being special . Also sometimes more edgy than a 45 degrees angle.
