Mullvad is good if you are looking for a cheap variant. Best in your problem is probably a VPN that has the possibility to exclude certain application from the VPN connection. With any VPN, you are probably gonna get high ping on the server so better choose one that allows you to exclude Garry's Mod/Steam from the VPN.

Yes. ProtonVPN is recommended by me. But I recommend looking for a VPN from your own region for the quickest connection.
This is also a huge risk, but it can be rare depending what country you choose to use. 

There are a few free VPNs out there but none of them are any good
If you want a good VPN you will have to pay for one

Since TeamSpeak is banned in UAE, I can't join it, yet everything is done on TeamSpeak even tho discord better.

So does anyone know any good free VPN?

What role does the Site Director have on the site? The role of the Site Director on site is to control over everything in the site, often making sure things go smoothly. The Site Director is also responsible for what happens to SCPs (Mostly in the event of a breach.)

I was once detained by E-14 for cuffing someone that hacked a CP, even though I was the HoS.
The last iteration of B-1 wrote a legal codex that specifically banned other people from enforcing laws.
Other MTF are perfectly capable of enforcing laws. Previously that has led to B-1 and E-14 going on a powertrip and it will mostly likely happen again. Especially now that we have a legal codex.
