He HADN'T stopped WG at all from running! it was fine! Somehow or other, it came just the same! And Stellman, with his hairy-feet ice-cold in the snow, Stood puzzling and puzzling: "How could it be so?" "It came with out ribbons! It came without tags!" "It came without packages, boxes or bags!
And he puzzled three hours, till his puzzler was sore. Then Stellman thought of something he hadn't before! "Maybe WG," he thought, "doesn't come from a store." "Maybe WG...perhaps...means a little bit more!"
And what happened then? Well...in Berlin they say, That Stellmans small heart grew three sizes that day! And the minute his heart didn't feel quite so tight,
He whizzed with his load through the bright morning light, And he brought back the money! And the discord tags for the players! And he, HE HIMSELF! Stellman even minged himselff!

Dear Applicant,
It does state in the 'Common Fail RP Situation' Document that "Rushing enemies in combat with melee weapons while having some other weapon available (any gun)" therefore if your ammo was definitely depleted you have no other weapon available and therefore it would no longer count as an Common Fail RP Situation.
Under Merits stated by the Applicant on reasonings of doing actions I would +1 on this application.

No way to check the ammo you had, in this situation I will trust your word. As such, as no firearm was available, the bayonet was the only available weapon, so in this situation the ban and warn is to be removed.
